God’s Word Says . . . “But a Samaritan, as he journeyed, came to where he was, and when he saw him, he had compassion. He went to him and bound up his wounds, pouring on oil and wine. Then he set him on his own animal and brought him to an inn and took care of him.” Luke 10:33-34

My Prayer. . . Jesus, you continually showed compassion during your ministry on earth, you taught parables about compassion, you show compassion to your children, and your Word tells us to be compassionate to others. This is what I want for my grandkids. Open their eyes to the hardships of others and flood their hearts with the sort of compassion that causes them to take action. And when my they experience hardship of their own, may the receive compassion from others. I know that this prayer is according to your will and trust you with the answer.

in Jesus name, Amen
